We’re committed to working with suppliers who have fair and safe working conditions, and support labour-intensive processes that help generate employment. We also try to minimise our impact on the planet by using natural fibres, shipping by sea, recycling packaging and seeking more sustainable materials and processes. Each season, we strive to do better.
We work very closely with our suppliers to ensure the integrity of our products, which are designed to last. We carry out quality inspections to ensure any manufacturing faults are discovered at source. But nobody is perfect, and any items that don’t meet the expectations of our customers will be replaced or the purchase refunded.
